Back Print Oversized Graphic Tee Refund and Returns Policy
This policy defines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for orders placed with Sudis Closet LLC.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
Return Process
To request a return, customers must contact:

All return requests are reviewed based on the eligibility criteria outlined above. If approved, return instructions will be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Returned items are inspected upon receipt.
If the return is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after approval, depending on the payment provider
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
If a returned item does not meet the eligibility conditions, the return may be declined or sent back to the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact support within 48 hours of delivery.
The request should include order details and supporting evidence (such as photos). The issue will be reviewed, and an appropriate resolution will be provided based on the findings.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not offered.
Customers who require a different item may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
